Yes. It connects with Slack, Microsoft and Google single sign-on, and any calendar that supports iCal/WebCal (Google, Outlook, Apple). Your team keeps using the tools they love while Zenchronity handles the heavy lifting.

How does Zenchronity handle different types of leave?

Fully customizable leave types (vacation, sick, parental, blood donation, and more). Each type can be quota-based or unlimited, planned or unplanned, with its own color and icon and its own approval rule: manager approval or auto-approved. Unused annual leave can carry over into the new year, with an expiry you choose.

What can the Zen AI assistant do?

Employees chat with Zen in plain language to request leave ("I need next Friday off"), check their balance by leave type, see which leave types are available to them, and look up their pending or past requests, no forms required. The system handles the rest automatically: business-day calculation (excluding weekends and holidays), quota checks, and flagging overlapping requests so managers approve with full context.

Does Zenchronity work for international teams?

Yes. Each employee uses Zenchronity in their own language (20+ supported), with localized date and number formats. All dates are stored in UTC and shown in each person's time zone, and each employee gets the public holidays of their own country.

What reports and analytics are included?

An organisation report (trends, departments, teams, leave types, absence heatmaps and critical periods), a team report with an overlap calendar, and a burnout report with a wellness score for every employee. Export to Excel, or schedule reports to arrive by email as PDF, Excel or CSV.

How does the free EU campaign work?

We're giving 3 small European companies full access to Zenchronity, free until December 31, 2026. Every feature is included, no credit card required. Why free? We're growing our EU footprint, and early companies help shape the product. Claim a spot through the contact page and we'll get you set up.

What happens when the free campaign ends?

Nothing automatic. Before December 31, 2026 we'll reach out, and you decide whether to continue on a paid plan (€1/user/month billed yearly). You'll never be charged without explicitly setting up billing yourself, and you can export your data at any time.

Can we cancel at any time?

Yes. There's no minimum contract and no cancellation fee. Stop your subscription whenever you want and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data stays exportable before you go.

Are there any hidden costs or per-feature fees?

No. One plan includes everything: Zen AI Assistant, burnout alerts, all reports, SSO, API access, and every future feature we ship. You pay €2/user/month billed monthly, or €1/user/month billed yearly, and virtual users for deskless staff are included free.

Is our data secure and compliant?

Security is built into our core. We use enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, and maintain full GDPR compliance. Each organization has its own encryption key. Our infrastructure is hosted in secure EU data centers with Cloudflare DDoS protection and WAF. We support SSO (Azure/Google), Multi-Factor Authentication, and granular role-based access to ensure your employee data remains private and protected at all times.
